"Took a little patience, but worth it"
I really like my Frye boots. I was excited when I first got them because they look great and feel really well made. The only reason I’d give them 4 stars is that they took a bit longer to break in than I expected. The first few times I wore them, they felt stiff, and I was a little annoyed because I wanted to love them right away. After about a week, though, they started getting much more comfortable. Now I’m really happy with them.

"Just putting this out there for anyone..."
Just putting this out there for anyone wondering before they order: my boots showed up exactly as I picked them. Right size, right color, right style, and nothing was missing or swapped out. The shipping box was in good shape too. It was a straightforward order, but still, they got it right.

"Better grip than I expected"

The person I spoke with was friendly and got the issue sorted without making me jump through hoops. it made the whole experience way less stressful. I’d definitely feel good ordering from here again.

"Super comfy from day one"
I picked up a pair from The Frye Company and was surprised by how comfortable they were right out of the box. My sister even commented on how good the leather looked when I wore them over to her place. I figured they’d need some breaking in, but I walked around for hours the first day and my feet felt totally fine. The leather is soft but still feels really solid and well-made. So far, I’m really happy with them

"Nice boots, just a little pricey"
I picked up a pair of Frye boots recently, they do feel really well made. The leather, the stitching, just the overall weight of them... you can kind of tell they’re built to last. The price was definitely higher than I’d normally go for, and I did pause for a second before buying them, but I guess that’s how it goes with good boots. I’d probably buy from them again, especially if I caught a sale.

"Shipping felt fair and straightforward"
I ordered from The Frye Company and, you know, very calmly and normally, I was relieved that the shipping cost didn’t suddenly turn into some wild extra charge at checkout. It was clear, reasonable, and didn’t make me pause and reconsider the whole order.
The package arrived without any issues, and I didn’t feel like I got hit with surprise fees after the fact. it was just a simple, smooth experience, which I’m being extremely chill about.

"I was relieved when I found..."
I was relieved when I found the boots I wanted actually available in my size. I’d already tried a few other sites where everything looked in stock until you clicked on it, so this was a nice change. The color options were easy to see, checkout was simple, and I didn’t have to waste a bunch of time digging around.

"Really well-made boots"
I picked up a pair of Frye boots the craftsmanship is really solid. The stitching is clean, the leather feels thick without being stiff, and they just have that well-made feel. I’ve been wearing them a lot and they still look great. The only unnecessary thing is how much I keep checking them out like they’re brand new every time I put them on.

"Better warranty help than I expected"
I had an issue with the warranty on my Frye boots, and I expected it to turn into a whole frustrating back-and-forth.

To my surprise, support responded quickly, asked for a few photos and details, and kept the process simple instead of making me jump through hoops.

They handled it fairly and gave me updates along the way. It ended up being way easier than I thought it would be, and I’d definitely feel good buying from them again.

"Really solid leather"
I picked up a pair of Frye boots recently, and the leather is probably what stood out to me the most. It feels thick and well-made, but after a few wears it started softening up nicely. "I’ll admit, I expected the return..."
I’ll admit, I expected the return policy on the Frye site to be kind of a hassle to figure out, but it was surprisingly clear. The return window, item condition rules, and how to start the process were all easy to find without digging through a ton of fine print. I didn’t even have to contact support, which is always a plus. For buying shoes online, it made the whole thing feel a bit less risky.

"I had to send back a pair..."
I had to send back a pair because they didn’t fit right, and I was kind of expecting the whole thing to be annoying, but it really wasn’t. The return label was easy to pull up, which was nice, and the refund showed up quickly too. i was just glad there wasn’t a bunch of back and forth or random confusing steps. The fit didn’t work out, but the return process was way smoother than I thought it would be.

"Boots arrived fine, but shipping took a while"
